Founded by Ernest Yeager in 1959 in Van Buren, Arkansas, it’s been a family affair ever since. Ed Yeager took the reins in 1966 and in 1982, the store became his. Ed moved to our current Van Buren spot in 1990. Ed’s daughter, Deborah and Karen, brought their expertise in the ’90s, and more locations with lumberyards followed, Jenny Lind in 1992 and Greenwood in 2001.
